1. How can I upgrade
the space in my account? Simply login to the
Customer Service Center above and choose the
Upgrade link. All of your upgrade options
are listed inside.
2. Why do you need my
credit card for the Free Plan? To validate you as a
legitimate user, we must validate your
credit card periodically. Your card will not
be charged and is only authorized to prevent
fraudulent and abusive users from accessing
the Flash Backup services.
